Sergey Temerev is an associate professor at the AL Stiglitz State Academy of Art and Design. 

He is a member of the Union of Artists in Russia, the Society of Watercolorists in St. Petersburg, the German Watercolor Society, a representative of IWS Russia. Member of the Organizing Committee and jury of the exhibition project "Masters of Watercolor", St. Petersburg, Russia. Leader of Russian artists in FabrianoInAcquarello in 2016-2019. 

Participant in Russian local and international art exhibitions, has held several solo exhibitions in Russia, the Baltic States and Italy. 

He graduated from the IE Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture in St. Petersburg, Russia.
